Finnish Glass Biennale
The city of Riihimäki is organizing an international glass festival, the Finnish Glass Biennale, this summer. The biennale will be held from June 5 to 8, 2025 in Riihimäki.
International Wilderness Fair
The International Wilderness Fair is Finland's largest, most diverse and oldest wilderness event. The fair is held every other year at the Riihimäki Sports Park.
Lasipäivä (Glass Day)
The Friends of the Finnish Glass Museum organize an annual sales event in the courtyard of the Glass Museum, where commercial glass, art glass and collectible glass are available.
Loppi's Summer Markets
At the atmospheric evening markets happening every summer Thursday in Loppi, you can enjoy delicacies from the food stalls and refreshments from the restaurant tent. There is music and other activities for the whole family.
Oitti Market
The rustic, eventful Oitti Market is an annual tradition happening around the Keskustie area every August. It is organized by the Hausjärvi Lions Club.
Poronpolku
Poronpolku event has been held in Loppi since 1965, annually on the last sunday of September.
Rautalankavääntö
An event specializing in so called "iron frame music" (instrumental rock) brings together the best of instrumental rock and beats music from Finland and around the world. The event is held annually in August.
